Change Healthcare ("Change") has published their official notice of a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) breach related to the cyberattack of their systems that occurred earlier this year. Premera Blue Cross did not receive a notification from Change, however, some of our members’ information may be impacted through other relationships, including one or more health care provider, pharmacies, or other insurers.
